HeyZubi is a product of Pixelware Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Pixelware Digital LLC runs this website and the waitlist, and is responsible for the details you give us. Postal address: 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. What we collect when you join

Your email address, your first name if you give it, and what best describes your business.
The ad or campaign that brought you here, if the link carried one.
When you signed up and confirmed your email. Our email provider also records the IP address used to confirm, as proof of your consent.

Why we use it

To share HeyZubi updates and early-access invitations, including Founding Client spots. That's all. The legal basis is your consent: you confirm it by clicking the link in the email we send you, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who else handles it

MailerLite stores the waitlist and sends our emails. The form on our page sends your details straight to MailerLite.
Vercel hosts this website.
Google Workspace receives email sent to our addresses.
Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this page, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use tracking cookies on this site. This page sets no cookies.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or at most 12 months after HeyZubi launches. Then it's deleted.

Your choices and rights

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we'll remove you.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
In the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
